Russia’s international ministry stated on Saturday that Moscow’s response to a construct up of NATO forces in Poland might be proportionate, Interfax information company reported citing a Russian diplomat.
“A response, as at all times, might be proportionate and applicable, supposed to neutralise potential threats to the safety of the Russian Federation,” Interfax quoted Oleg Tyapkin, the top of a international ministry division in control of Russian relations with Europe.
